Residential Cleaning

Typical Service include

 

• Dusting of furniture, fixtures, etc

• Cleaning of all glass, mirrors, etc

• Sweeping, Vacuum, Moppping

• Countertops, microwave, sinks and exterior of appliances cleaned

• Toilets, sinks, tubs, showers, etc.

 

 

We can also help wtih garage or closet cleaning and other projects you may need cleaned. We are flexible, just let us know what you would like done and we will be happy to help. 

 

 

Office Cleaning

Typical Service include

 

• Garbage removal, kitchen and bathrooms cleaned

• Desks wiped, computer screens wiped, phones disinfected

• Floors Vacuumed, swept, and mopped

• Mirrors and glass doors cleaned, paper towels and bathroom tissue restocked, hand soap restocked

• Fixtures polished, stainless steel polished, toilets cleaned and disinfected

We are very flexible and can provide service multiple times per week, after hours and weekends as well as one time service. We don't require a contracted term for service because we believe you will be happy and keep us as your provider. We can bill weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly.

Supplies

 

We provide all necessary cleaning supplies and can provide trash bags for commercial cleaning unless you would like to use your own supplies or bags.

 

We use the best quality chemicals and cleaners to get the job done right. We use different color mircrofiber towels for glass, sinks, and other surfaces to avoid scratches or using the same towels for multiple surfaces. Our vacuums have removable and washable filters which are cleaned daily. We use wood friendly cleaners for wood floors and surfaces to avoid damage and heavy duty cleaning agents to remove soap scum or toilet build up.
