Residential prices depend on several factors including the size of the home, frequency of cleaning, number of bathrooms, condition of home, number of pets and most importantly what you would like done. We do not charge by the hour but by the job. This avoids the issue of companies who may take their time to charge more or who may charge for a minimum number of hours no matter how long the job takes. Some homes just need a routine cleaning and others may require a deep cleaning which could take all day.
